Bunyip Adventure Tour:

Passenger cancellation/date change of any tour, in less than 48 hours but more than 24 hours prior to a departure time will result in a 50% refund of money paid. Cancellation within 24 hours of tour departure or failure to take up a booked tour will result in a 100% forfeiture of the tour fare. Please note also that a “cancellation” includes a change to the date of a tour booking that requires the original booking to be cancelled.

Groovy Grape Getaways:

Cancellation policy: GGT charges 25% 30 - 8 days, 50% 7 days to 24 hours and 100% within 24 hours prior departure. Amendements: Inside 3 days passengers wanting to change tour dates will be charges a booking amendment fee of $44.00

Terms and Conditions: Although every effort is made, Autopia Tours shall not be liable for any illness, injury, damages, loss, delay or failure to join the tour that may occur due to factors beyond our control. We highly recommend all passenger have travel insurance coverage. Autopia Tours retains the right to alter routes, itineraries, bus type, fares, days of operation or even cancel tours if unforeseen circumstances occur. Other accredited tour operators may be used on some tours. Accredited Bus Number: AC003612 Cancellation Policy: Cancellation within 2 to 7 days of departure prior to departure will result in a 50% loss of the ticket price; failure to board or cancellation within 48 hours of departure will result in full fare forfeiture.
